Question: Can I get assistance with transport?
Answer:  For any limousine, taxi or transfer services, please contact the 24 hours Reception desk for assistance in making the necessary arrangements. Standard taxi price from Ruzyne international airport - PRG to our hotel is 550CZK (22EUR). 

Question: Can I get assistance with parking?
Answer:  For off-site parking, please contact the 24 hours Reception desk for assistance in making the necessary arrangements. Drop off point at Panska street, few meters to hotel and pick up your parking ticket at reception.

Question: How can I pay for my booking online?
Answer: We accept the following international credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Mastercard and Visa.

Question: Can I have pets with me?
Answer: Small pets are allowed at the hotel for a fee of 20EUR/day. Please contact the 24 hours Reception desk for assistance.

 
Question: How do I cancel or change my reservation ?
Answer: If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed online reservation at Friday Hotel, use your login details or please email us at info@fridayhotel.cz.
 
Cancellation charges apply:

Bookings cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival at 14.00 hrs (+1GMT) will be charged 100% of total booking. 

Question: How do I cancel or change reservations made through other portal/webpages ? (expedia, booking, others..)
Answer: Reservation modification/cancellation needs to be made through portal the reservation was made.

 
Question: How many people can be accommodated in Friday Hotel rooms?
Answer:

• Maximum Capacity per Double or Twin in existing bedding is 2 adults
• Children to the age of 2 will have free cradle
• Children over 2 years are treated as adults
• Extra beds are possible for a fee of 30EUR/day
